Very poor service, the internal phone system has been broken for months and as a customer, you have to find the respective employee of the corresponding department yourself. If you find someone, great employees 🙂 as long as you don't need anything from another department.

Visit on 10/05/22 at 09:10 in the building materials department. The salesperson sees me standing at his info, greets me from afar, walks away, and engages with seemingly internal lists in and around the store. Several customers are in his department and no one is asked if they need help. Personally, I also missed some items in the drywall shelf (connection seal made of PE). Asking questions was also not possible. Very poor service!! Hardware store clichés 100% fulfilled. Actually zero stars.

Really huge and just as huge is the selection! I was particularly impressed by the plants - whether indoors or outdoors, the quality is great. All the flowers and green plants look very well cared for, as does the entire market. The employees were all friendly and in a good mood. Will definitely come back 😊👍🏼

One looks in vain for staff, and when you finally find an employee, they are of course not responsible for that. I stood at the goods issue for what felt like 30 minutes, employees were milling around there (since no customer goes there) but everyone skillfully ignores you, and when you finally ask someone for help... 'yes yes, the colleague will definitely come soon, I'm not responsible for that' weak performance for such a large market... should probably be refilled with employees who still want to work. I, for my part, was extremely disappointed and will turn to a market in Cottbus in the future when I need something.
